  • October 1, 1956 Founded as Fuso Seiki Research (privately managed). Began manufacturing and selling air brushes and handheld spray guns.
  • January 10, 1959 Began manufacturing and selling automatic spray guns.
  • January 26, 1965 Began manufacturing and selling Magic Cut industrial cooling equipment.
  • March 15, 1968 Reorganized as a corporation (with 6 million yen of capital).
  • 1975 ST Series of Lumina automatic spray guns released.
  • February 19, 1979 Capital increased to 7.2 million yen.
  • July 1, 1984 Trade department established.
  • February 15, 1986 Capital increased to 8.64 million yen.
  • November 26, 1990 Received commendation for corporate excellence from Hongo Tax Office.
  • June 2, 1992 Capital increased to 10 million yen.
  • July 1, 1993 Construction of the new corporate location, the Lumina Building, completed.
