Applying press oil (manufacturer of parts for OA devices)

Problem

This manufacturer conducted press work on chassis (500mm x 450mm) used in OA devices. The problem was how to apply press oil (viscosity: 15cst at 40°) as widely as possible with just one spray gun.

Solution

By using the PR-30W, which enables low-pressure, wide-area spraying and separate operation of pattern pressure, we were able to achieve the finish that the customer desired.
