Humidification of cosmetics
containers
Problem
If foundation in compacts hardens, the final amount
that remains cannot be used. To prevent this, a special gauze-like
non-woven cloth was inserted in the middle of the plastic container
and a certain amount of moisture applied. Although this enabled
even the final amount to be used, the manufacturer struggled with
applying the appropriate amount of water.
Solution
By using the ST-6RW, which blows a soft mist at
low pressures, together with a spiral nozzle, the appropriate
amount of liquid could be applied efficiently to concave surfaces.
Thus, the customer was able to produce the desired product: foundation
that would not harden and that could be used up entirely.
